- There is a $95.00 minimum for cleaning at your location.
- Very heavily soiled carpet or difficult stains and odors may require additional charges.
- We'll overlook a piece or two but moving more furniture is time-consuming.

To give an exact price for cleaning, we need to see the carpet or upholstery to be cleaned but we do give phone estimates that are usually correct or very close. Your carpet cleaning bill should not be an unpleasant surprise; before we clean you will know the price. We are happy to answer your questions and provide information rather than a sales pitch.
